Tanya is the founder of quietStrength, a training and wellness brand built around thoughtful, supportive movement. Passionate about helping her clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies through a combination of Pilates, functional strength training, breathwork, and restorative practices. Her approach places a strong emphasis on mobility, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, working closely with clients to help them develop strength in a safe and sustainable way.
